Today, we will drive to Port Canaveral in Orlando and board the ship to start our cruise vacation. We will travel aboard Royal Caribbean's Utopia of the Seas to experience a relaxing and enjoyable sea trip. There are modern recreational facilities and shops on the cruise ship: theaters, bars, cigar clubs, swimming pools, gyms, casinos, children's playgrounds, beauty salons, libraries, mini golf courses, churches, duty-free shops, etc. Gazing at the blue sky and sea, sipping fine wine and fragrant tea, feeling the fresh sea breeze, and admiring the beautiful sea view are the enjoyment of this trip. Today we will visit Gatorland - Florida's largest alligator theme park, watch alligator shows, and get up close and personal with thousands of American alligators and many other Florida wildlife. We will also visit the famous I-Drive 360 Recreation Plaza, the Orlando Eye Ferris Wheel, the Marine Aquarium and Madame Tussauds Wax Museum. The Orlando Eye is the newest and tallest landmark in Orlando and is a sister to the famous London Eye, which is owned by the Merrill Lynch Group. At the end of the tour, you will be transferred to the hotel.

    • Customer under 18 years old MUST be accompanied by at least one adult. In consideration of the guest safety, pregnant women are only allowed to join the tour if pregnant for 24 weeks or less by the end of the trip.
    • Please be sure to provide accurate and complete information upon booking. This includes name, gender, valid contact information (preferably a mobile phone), accurate flight information, tour location, etc., This helps to avoid any errors upon the reservation because errors affect travel. Any losses due to inaccurate or invalid information will be at your own cost and the company will not be held responsible.
    • Hotels have different room types, such as a King/Queen size beds or two double size twin beds. The maximum number of people who can legally stay in a room is 2 to 4 people. In addition, each hotel has a different method of charging the deposit, which requires the cooperation of the guests according to regulations. Please be noticed that most of the deposit collection and refund is handled by credit card. We guarantee the number of rooms for guests but does not guarantee the specific room type and location. Hotel check-in time is usually after 15:00.
    • This tour does not accept any City Pass or your own tickets for any of the attractions. Tour attraction admission charges and meal expenses are subject to change at any time without notification. Any purchased ticket cannot be refunded for lower prices.
    • We have the right to make appropriate adjustments to the itinerary under the conditions of facilitating the operation for the tour group. This, however, will not reduce the items that should be included in the itinerary.
    • During the actual trip, the tour guide or driver has the right to appropriately adjust the tour sequence, stay time or assembly time of scenic spots according to the weather, traffic, and other conditions to ensure the smooth progress of the trip.
    • If the scenic spots are temporarily closed or closed on a particular holiday, etc., the tour guide will adjust the appearance according to the actual situation or replace the location with another scenic spot to ensure the richness of the itinerary. The opening hours and capacity limits of certain attractions and national parks will be subject to change from time to time. When the operating hours and capacity restrictions have an impact on the itinerary, it shall be regarded as force majeure. Thank you for your understanding.
    • Children under the age of 8 require a booster seat in order to participate in the tour group. We provide the rental service for $10.00/person/day. Please make a request when booking the itinerary so that we may have the booster seat ready in advance. Please understand that the violations and fines are borne by the guests themselves. There is no need for a booster seat for bus travel on the day of travel, and the fee can be refunded to the guest.
    • Normal health conditions are required to participate and enjoy our full itineraries. Contact us for specific policies or information regarding passengers with disabilities and the handicapped who do need to provide advance notification to make a reservation. We do not guarantee a wheelchair lift-equipped bus and/or seating availability to disabled passengers without prior notification and approval.
    • Unless specifically stated otherwise herein or required by law, we shall not be liable for any consequential, compensatory, indirect, incidental or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the performance of its obligations under these terms and conditions.
    • Due to the oil price soar and the cost of vehicle greatly increased, starting April 1, 2022, please be advised that all bus tours will be subject to an additional transportation surcharge of $5 per person per day, which will be paid together with the tour fees when you place the order.

    • Each guest is limited to checking in:
    • Two suitcases per person* (not exceeding 90x75x43 cm in size and 23 kg in weight per bag);
    • Two pieces of hand luggage per person* (not exceeding 56x45x25 cm in size and 23 kg in weight per bag).
    • The maximum amount of luggage in each stateroom must not exceed 100 kg and/or 8 pieces total for all passengers in the same stateroom.
    • Any piece of luggage exceeding the allowance will not be accepted at Check-in.
    • Guests exceeding these limits are invited to contact MSC Cruises directly or via their travel agents at the time of booking for information on how to ship luggage in excess separately via freight or cargo, at an additional charge.
    • Travel documents and passport, money, jewelry and other precious items, electronic devices, medicines, nappies, and any other items you may need at short notice. Passengers must hold fully valid passports for the whole duration of the Cruise Package with a passport expiration date at least 6 months after the return date.
    • Passenger to determine what visas, health certificates or other travel documents may be required for their specific itinerary, to obtain such required travel documents prior to commencing travel, and to present them upon embarkation onboard Carrier's vessel. Passengers lacking required travel documents may be denied boarding and shall be entitled to no refund or compensation of any kind as a result of such denied boarding.
    • Port Security has the duty to search Guests and luggage to confiscate any article internationally known as dangerous for the safety and security of Guests, Crew and ship. Such items will be confiscated and not returned. Alcohol, firearms, sharp objects such as blades and scissors, flammable and explosive material, items with heating elements or open flames (e.g. clothing irons, hair irons. kettles, hotplates, candles, incense), drones. MSC Cruises will be forced to deny access to any guests not complying with these mandated regulations. In the interest of health and safety, beverages and food (including partially eaten or home cooked items) may not be brought on board either. Exception: dry, packaged and commercially produced foods.
    • During your cruise, you will meet staff throughout the ship who provide you with excellent service. For your convenience MSC Cruises will automatically add a daily Hotel Service Charge to your shipboard account, based on your chosen itinerary and the number of days for which the services are actually provided. The cruise to Mediterranean, the service fee should be 10 Euro per night per person.
    • Onboard bar purchases will incur a 15% bar service charge, automatically added to your final bill.
    • Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is not permitted in cabins, on cabin balconies and anywhere not expressly indicated by signage and ashtrays. The Company reserves the right to levy a fee should passengers be found smoking in non-designated areas of the vessel.
    • All MSC cruise ships have a well-equipped Medical Centre, supervised by a ship's doctor and other medical personnel. The Medical Centre is open at the times advertised in the ship’s Daily Programme. Emergency services are available round the clock by calling the Medical Emergency number.
    • The company uses six main languages for its communications: English, Italian, German, French, Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese.
    • We ask our guests to not to throw anything into the sea and to work with us to safeguard the sea, marine life and the ecosystem.
    • No animals are allowed on board, apart from recognised assistance dogs. Bringing assistance dogs on board is, in any case, subject to approval by the company and must be requested by the Guest when booking.
    • Guests are advised to consult their National Health Service prior to the cruise for information regarding recommended vaccinations. MSC Cruises declines all responsibility for guests who do not adhere to the recommendations on the prevention of infectious diseases or do not have the appropriate vaccinations to enter a particular port during the cruise.
    • The Company reserves the right to cancel any Cruise Package at any time by giving written notice to the Passenger. In no event shall the Company or Carrier be liable for any consequential damages or other damages as a result of such cancellation.
    • The Company reserves the right at its sole discretion and/or that of the Master of any vessel to decide whether to deviate from the advertised or ordinary itinerary, to delay or anticipate any sailing, to omit or change scheduled ports of call, to arrange for substantially equivalent carriage by another vessel.
    • The safety of the Vessel and all those onboard is of paramount consideration. Passengers must pay attention to and comply with all regulations and notices relating to the safety of the Vessel, her crew and passengers, the terminal facilities and immigration requirements.
    • Hotel accommodation and all transport (other than The Carrier's Cruise Ship) included in Package Tours or Shore Excursions, are operated by independent contractors even if sold by the Company, Sales Agents or on board the cruise ship. The Company and Carrier shall not be responsible in any way for the services provided by such independent contractors. The Company and Carrier operate as mere agent for the Shore Excursion provider for the limited purpose of selling tickets to such excursions. The Company has no direct control over the Shore Excursion providers and their services hence in no case whatsoever will the Company be held liable for loss, damages, injuries or death suffered by the Passenger as a result of the negligence or otherwise of the Shore Excursion providers. In assessing performance and/or liability of Shore Excursion providers, local laws and regulations will apply. Shore Excursions shall be subject to the Shore Excursion provider's terms and conditions including the benefit of any limitation of liability and the level of damages. Passenger agrees that any liability release applicable to the Shore Excursion provider shall apply likewise with equal force to Carrier and the Company even if Carrier and Company are not named on such release.
    • The Passenger shall be liable for and shall reimburse the Carrier for any damage to the Vessel and/or its furnishings or equipment or any other property of the Carrier caused by any willful or negligent act or omission by the Passenger or any person for whom the Passenger is responsible including, but not limited to, children under the age of 18 travelling with a Passenger.
    • Upon arriving at the port, guests will need to drop off their luggage with the porters at the cruise terminal. Attach the provided luggage tags to your luggage and ensure the name on the luggage tag matches the name on your cruise ticket (as shown on your passport). Your luggage will be delivered to your cabin within an hour. Please ensure you have all necessary travel documents (e.g., passport, visa, cruise ticket) with you, as you will not have access to your checked luggage during the boarding process. Follow the boarding instructions.
    • After entering the port terminal, present your cruise ticket and travel documents to the check-in staff. The staff will check your documents and verify your reservation. After completing the check-in procedures, you will receive a boarding card. Keep this card with you as it will be used for identification and payments onboard.
    • After passing through security, proceed to the boarding gate with your boarding card (the boarding card will include your name, departure date, dining information, show tickets, cruise card, and cabin key). The boarding gate staff will scan your boarding card and allow you to board. Upon boarding, your luggage will be delivered to your cabin. If you have any questions, please ask the onboard service staff or the boarding gate staff.
    • During boarding, the onboard service staff will verify your boarding card and take your boarding photo. Please keep your boarding card and passport safe. When making purchases onboard, scan your boarding card at the time of payment. The boarding card is also your room key. If you lose your boarding card, immediately inform the onboard service staff.
    • Each guest is entitled to one free show ticket. During boarding, please obtain your show ticket (place it in your bag). The exact performance time and location will be specified. Alternatively, inquire at the service desk or check the onboard program guide for details.
    • The cruise company provides luggage storage insurance. Please keep your valuables with you. In the event of loss, the company will not be held responsible.
    • The cruise company is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal items left in public areas. Please keep your valuables safe.
    • In the event of flight delays, traffic jams, or other unforeseen circumstances, the cruise company is not responsible for any related costs. For safety and security reasons, the cruise company has the right to refuse boarding to guests, and no refunds will be given.
    • For your safety, the cruise company requires that guests attend a safety drill before departure. The safety drill is mandatory. Guests will be instructed by the staff on the emergency procedures and will receive life jackets and other necessary safety equipment.
    • During the cruise, if you or your family experience any medical issues, the onboard medical staff will provide treatment and issue relevant documentation. However, the cruise company will not cover the medical expenses.
    • If a guest voluntarily cancels their reservation after boarding, a fee of $250 will be charged per person. The cruise company will not refund any part of the fare already paid.
    • During the cruise, the cruise company reserves the right to change the itinerary or port of call based on weather conditions or other emergencies. The cruise company will inform guests of any changes as soon as possible and arrange alternative activities. No refunds will be given for itinerary changes.
    • The maximal waiting time for any late passengers is 10 minutes beyond the meeting time announced by the Tour Guide. While we make every effort to provide on-time service, it does not guarantee to arrive at or depart from any point.as a specific time, which may be affected by any number of factors including weather, traffic, strikes, government shutdowns, war or terrorist attacks, or mechanical prob- lems. We are not liable for any inconvenience or expense caused as a result of such a delay, not liable for the expense of connecting air or train or bus service missed as a result of a delay and not liable for any other travel expense caused as a result of a delay.
    • We reserve the right, when operating conditions require, transferring passengers from one vehicle to another en route.
    • The following documents are recommended to make your check-in process smooth: A valid photo ID is required to board the bus; We recommend you bring a copy of the email confirmation to board the bus.
    • This product is a group activity. If you choose to leave the group, please inform in advance, and obtain the consent of the tour guide. You need to sign the departure agreement form and the unfinished part will be regarded as your own abandonment. The group fee will not be refunded.
    • Gift items in the itinerary that cannot be given away due to force majeure factors such as traffic and weather conditions or personal reasons may be subject to change. Please understand that the fees will not be refunded.
    • Smoking is prohibited aboard the bus in accordance with Federal law and prohibited in most hotel rooms. Customers are responsible for any penalty charged by the hotel in a non-smoking room at least $250 per night.
    • Pets and animals are not allowed on the vehicle.
    • Only for products with airport pick-up service: only one pick-up service within the free pick-up time range is provided for each order. If it is impossible to arrange due to weather and flight delay, etc., please pay for your own transportation costs.
  • Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.
  • Please Note:
    1. Guests are not allowed to use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS and admission ticket purchased by themselves to join the sightseeing attractions included in this tour.
    2. Guests who do use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS or admission ticket purchased by themselves, will not be offered the transportation service for that day, and will possible need to pay a penalty fee. Please consult your tour guide for details.

Reservation Info

    1.Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a Receipt of Reservation via email.
    2. Within one to two business days of submitting your reservation you will receive a status update email from us. If you need to book an airline ticket, we recommend that you do so after you receive a confirmation of your tour reservation from us.
    3. An E-Ticket will be sent to you via email as soon as details of your reservation are confirmed or your supporting information is received by us. We will provide you with all detailed information about your tour on the E-Ticket. Contact information for local tour provider will be included on E-Ticket for your convenience or re-confirmation purpose if re-confirmation is required.
    4. Simply print your E-Ticket and present it with your valid photo ID on the day of your activity to your tour guide. Please remember E-Ticket is your proof of purchase.
