Calgary

Calgary - Yoho National Park - Banff

In the morning, we will head west along 1 Hwy. Soon after, we will arrive at the famous Lake Louise. It is a piece of blue gem among the mountains. You will see the Chateau Lake Louise stands quietly in the pine forest when standing by the lakeside. We will after take a visit to the Moraine Lake (seasonal opening/*alternative attractions: Twin Jack Lake, Minnewanka Lake*). Shortly after, we'll arrive at the Lake Louise Ski Resort and take the Gondola to overlook the beautiful scenery of the Rocky Mountains. After lunch,  we will continue westward until we enter into the Yoho National Park through a spiral tunnel until we reach the Emerald Lake. Finally, we will discover the natural bridge which was formed by the accumulated water of the river. And we will be staying overnight in Banff.

Today, you will start the free travel mode of Banff town, you can roam the town freely, walk into any boutique, you can find local souvenirs or delicious snacks, or participate in our carefully prepared various Activities at your own expense. Finally, we will enter into the Jasper National Park and explore Columbia Icefield, You can take a big shuttle bus to start your own adventure! More exciting, you can breathe the fresh air of the Rocky Mountains when standing on the skywalk! We will also stay overnight in Grizzly Bear Town/Salmon Bay.

Take the BC ferry to Nanaimo! Along the way, you will enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Georgia Strait. We will first visit the the Neck Point Park, where you can see the jagged coastal rocks and take a walk on the old trails in the forest. Following, we will head to Coombs, where there is the most distinctive supermarket on Vancouver Island, Old Country Market - Goats on Roof. The roof of the supermarket is covered with green grass, and the goats are living on the roof! Overnight at Port Alberni.

Port Alberni - Tofino - Port Alberni

Rise and shine! We will drive to Tofino in the morning! You can choose to watch whales at your own expense on the cruise ship or explore the natural hot springs on the island. You may also have the chance to just have your own peaceful time by the seaside. In the afternoon, we will head to the Pacific Rim National Park Reserve - Long Beach Unit and appreciate the natural scenery there. Finally, we will go to the Amphitrite Point Lighthouse to breathe the sea breeze and stay overnight at Port Alberni.

Tofino Whale Watching Cruise

Guests of our Tofino whale watching trips will tour the waters of Clayoquot Sound where we most often view Grey Whales. The grey whale migration from Baja California, Mexico begins to arrive along the west coast of Vancouver Island in February and continues through late May. From March through October, over 200 ‘resident’ grey whales will stay feeding in the waters. Humpback whales are seen throughout our season, with the most frequent sightings between June and September. You will also see Orcas (Killer Whales) throughout the year. In addition to whales, you will have chance to enjoy views of sea lions, eagles, sea otters and other amazing wildlife while on the water.

Port Alberni

Port Alberni - MacMillan Provincial Park - Vancouver

We will head to MacMillan Provincial Park in the morning. This park boasts the nicely preserved temperate rainforest on the west coast, and there is an 800-year-old fir tree in the park. Next, follow us to visit the Little Qualicum Cheeseworks. The Cheeseworks provided self-service machine of filling a can of fresh milk. There are also several kinds of cute pet animals in the farm for animal lovers. Finally, we will return to the center of Nanaimo and take the ferry to Vancouver in the afternoon.

  • 10 - 16 Days Prior to Departure Date - 50% of total purchase amount can be refunded

Please Note:
• If the weather condition, war, general strikes, and other unforeseen circumstances interrupt the journey, our company reserves the right to rearrange the journey without refunding the tour fee.
• Additional hotel bookings before or after the tour as well as other services are subject to hotel cancellation policy to determine if a refund is possible.
• If the guest quits during the trip or fails to participate in any itinerary due to personal reasons (no travel documents, late arrival, illness, accident, etc.), the paid tour fare will not be refunded, and no other services will be compensated.

Special Notes

    • Customer under 18 years old MUST be accompanied by at least one adult. 
    • Please be sure to provide accurate and complete information when you book the tour (name, gender, contact information, adult or child, etc.), so as not to make reservation errors and affect your travel. If the trip is delayed or losses are caused due to lack of information, it shall be on your own responsibility.
    • Hotels have different room types, such as a King/Queen size beds or two double size twin beds. The maximum number of people who can legally stay in a room is 2 to 4 people. In addition, each hotel has a different method of charging the deposit, which requires the cooperation of the guests according to regulations. We guarantee the number of rooms for guests but does not guarantee the specific room type and location. Hotel check-in time is usually after 15:00.
    • This tour does not accept any City Pass or your own tickets for any of the attractions. Tour attraction admission charges and meal expenses are subject to change at any time without notification. Any purchased ticket cannot be refunded for lower prices. 
    • We have the right to make appropriate adjustments to the itinerary under the conditions of facilitating the operation for the tour group. This, however, will not reduce the items that should be included in the itinerary. 
    • During the actual trip, the tour guide or driver has the right to appropriately adjust the tour sequence, stay time or assembly time of scenic spots according to the weather, traffic, and other conditions to ensure the smooth progression of the trip. 
    • If the scenic spots are temporarily closed or closed on a particular holiday, etc., the tour guide will adjust the appearance according to the actual situation or replace the location with another scenic spot to ensure the richness of the itinerary. The opening hours and capacity limits of certain attractions and national parks will be subject to change from time to time due to the COVID-19 pandemic. When the operating hours and capacity restrictions have an impact on the itinerary, it shall be regarded as force majeure. Thank you for your understanding. 
    • Children under the age of 8 require a booster seat in order to participate in the group tour. The local operator provides the rental service for $10.00/person/day. Please make a request when booking the itinerary so that we may have the booster seat ready in advance. Please understand that the violations and fines are borne by the guests themselves. There is no need for a booster seat for bus travel on the day of travel, and the fee can be refunded to the guest. 
    • Normal health conditions are required in order to participate and enjoy our full itineraries. Contact us for specific policies or information regarding passengers with disabilities who do need to provide advance notifications to make a reservation. We do not guarantee a wheelchair liftequipped bus and/or seating availability to disabled passengers without prior notification and approval.
    • In order to make your trip more complete, pleasant, and smooth, we strongly recommend that you choose to book event tickets, catering packages, etc. when making your order. Please be aware that we do not provide any additional booking services within 7 days before the departure date or during the tour. 
    • The price in the system is US dollars which includes tax. If you need to pay in CAD dollars, all CAD dollar prices do not include 5% GST. 
    • We may alter these terms and conditions from time to time and post the new version on our website.     • The maximum waiting time for any late passengers is 10 minutes beyond the meeting time announced by the Tour Guide. While the local operator makes every effort to provide on-time service, it does not guarantee to arrive at or depart from any point at a specific time. This could be affected by a number of factors including weather, traffic, strikes, government shutdowns, war or terrorist attacks, or mechanical problems. We are not liable for any inconvenience or expense caused as a result of such a delay. They are not liable for the expense of connecting air or train or bus services missed as a result of a delay and are not liable for any other travel expense caused as a result of a delay.
    • We reserve the right, when operating conditions require, transferring passengers from one vehicle to another in route. 
    • The following documents are recommended to make your check-in process smooth: A valid photo ID is required in order to board the bus. We recommend you bring a copy of your email confirmation to board the bus as well. 
    • This product is a group activity. If you choose to leave the group, please inform in advance, and obtain the consent of the tour guide. You need to sign the departure agreement form and the unfinished part will be regarded as your own abandonment. The group fee will not be refunded.
    • Gift items in the itinerary that cannot be given away due to force majeure factors such as traffic and weather conditions or personal reasons may be subject to change. Please understand that the fees will not be fully refunded. 
    • Smoking is prohibited aboard the bus in accordance with the law and prohibited in most hotel rooms. Customers are responsible for any penalty charged by the hotel in a non-smoking room at least CAD$300 and more per night. 
    • Pets and animals are not allowed on the vehicle. 
  • Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.
  • Please Note:
    1. Guests are not allowed to use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS and admission ticket purchased by themselves to join the sightseeing attractions included in this tour.
    2. Guests who do use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS or admission ticket purchased by themselves, will not be offered the transportation service for that day, and will possible need to pay a penalty fee. Please consult your tour guide for details.
  • Language: This tour is escorted by a professional bilingual tour guide and/or driver guide (English/Chinese). Tours and/or languages may be combined to operate this tour depending on the number of passengers who have booked a particular departure.
  • Bus Arrangement: Passengers on the same reservation will be arranged on the same bus unless stated otherwise. If you wish to be on the same bus as another party /an existing reservation, please note your request with the reservation number in the comment section on the checkout page or notify us at least 24 hours prior to tour departure.

      1.Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a Receipt of Reservation via email.
      2. Within one to two business days of submitting your reservation you will receive a status update email from us. If you need to book an airline ticket, we recommend that you do so after you receive a confirmation of your tour reservation from us.
      3. An E-Ticket will be sent to you via email as soon as details of your reservation are confirmed or your supporting information is received by us. We will provide you with all detailed information about your tour on the E-Ticket. Contact information for local tour provider will be included on E-Ticket for your convenience or re-confirmation purpose if re-confirmation is required.
      4. Simply print your E-Ticket and present it with your valid photo ID on the day of your activity to your tour guide. Please remember E-Ticket is your proof of purchase.
