Pickup details: Full Day Pass - Complimentary coach transfers are provided to/from most of the Nadi/Denarau, Wailoaloa & Coral Coast / Momi Bay hotels & resorts. Should you miss the complimentary coach transfer, you will need to find your own way to/from Port Denarau at your own cost. Please check with your hotel concierge for the exact pick-up time. - Passengers staying in Nadi, Wailoaloa and Denarau area depart Port Denarau at 10.00am and can depart Malamala Beach Club at 4:15 or 5.15
- Passengers staying in the Coral Coast area depart Denarau at 10.00am and depart Malamala Beach Club at 4.15 to connect with the free coach transfers.
- If you do not require pick up, please find your own way to the meeting point - South Sea Cruises Check-in Counter at the Passenger Terminal, Denarau Marina
- In the event of adverse weather and sea conditions, we retain the right to cancel all water-based activities, including snorkeling, paddleboarding and kayaking.
- Cancellation Policy: For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
