Please leave the airport through the exit closest to your baggage carousel, as the driver will typically be waiting there. If you have not met the driver within 30 minutes, please contact the emergency number provided in your tour notification.
- The driver will wait for you at the airport for up to 1 hour from the scheduled arrival time of your flight.
- If, for any reason, you are delayed in leaving the airport (such as due to lost luggage or delays at immigration), or if you miss your connecting flight or if your flight schedule changes, please promptly inform us using the emergency contact number provided (found in your tour notification).
- If you have a connecting flight in another European city and there is any change in your connecting flight number or time, please inform the driver as soon as possible. Failure to do so may result in missing your scheduled pick-up and being unable to use the pick-up service.
