Pick-up Details / Transfers
Airport Pickup
• On the first day of the itinerary, we provide a one-time free Chinese airport pick-up service at Honolulu International Airport (HNL). The pick-up time is from 06:30 AM to 9:59 PM (guide service hours). The hotel is located in the Waikiki area.
• Pick-up services from 05:00 AM to 06:29 AM and from 10:00 PM to 11:00 PM require an additional charge of $20 per person.
• No pick-up services are provided from 11:01 PM to 4:59 AM; guests need to arrange their own transportation.
• For guests arriving during normal service hours, the guide will wait at the airport exit one hour after the arrival time.
• Meeting points:
- For international flights (MU/KE/NH/OZ) arriving in the morning, please meet at the counter on the right side of Exit 1. The guide will be wearing a blue polo shirt and holding a sign.
- For international flights (CA/HA) arriving in the evening, please meet at Exit 2. The guide will be wearing a blue polo shirt and holding a sign.
- For domestic flights from the US mainland, please meet the guide at the baggage claim area. The guide will be wearing a blue polo shirt and holding a sign.
- For guests returning from outer islands, please meet at the right side of the parking lot at Exit C3 baggage claim. The guide will be wearing a blue polo shirt.
* Please make sure to note the specific time you need the pick-up service when booking.
Notes:
- As this is a shared ride service, the vehicle will wait at the airport until everyone has boarded before departing. The final waiting time will be based on actual arrangements.
- Pick-ups will be arranged for flights arriving within 15 minutes of each other. The regular waiting time will not exceed 30 minutes. In case of flight delays, the actual arrival time will be considered. Other special circumstances will be determined based on the situation.
- Guests need to handle their own check-in, hotel check-in, and check-out procedures.
- For international flights, the guide will wait for 1.5 hours from the official landing time announced by the airport. For domestic flights, the guide will wait for 45 minutes from the official landing time. If you exceed the agreed waiting time, please make your own way to the hotel.
Airport Drop-off
• On the last day of the itinerary, we provide a one-time Chinese airport drop-off service at Honolulu International Airport (HNL). For guests leaving Oahu during normal service hours, the guide will wait at the hotel entrance 3 hours before the flight departure time. The departure time will be based on the guest's flight time; please refer to the confirmation sheet.
• The drop-off service time is from 06:30 AM to 9:59 PM (guide service hours). The hotel is located in the Waikiki area.
• Drop-off services from 05:00 AM to 06:29 AM and from 10:00 PM to 11:00 PM require an additional charge of $20 per person.

- If you need to store luggage on the last day or during a free day, please note that most Hawaiian hotel front desks charge a fee for luggage storage: $2 per piece of luggage or $10-12 per person for same-day pick-up. Most hotels do not allow overnight luggage storage (this has been the rule since 9/11). If you need to store luggage with a local travel agency, it costs $25 per piece (within 3 days). Thank you for your understanding.
- Hotel check-in time is from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, and check-out time is before 11:00 AM. Please be mindful of your check-in and check-out times.
- A valid credit card is required as a deposit guarantee for all hotel check-ins; some hotels do not accept cash. Hotels do not accept UnionPay cards. - Drinking Water: Tap water in Hawaii is safe to drink. However, if you are concerned about potential discomfort, you can purchase bottled water.
- Clothing: Hawaii has a comfortable, dry climate with an average annual temperature of about 24°C (75°F). The rainy season is from November to March. Light summer clothing suitable for beach trips is recommended. However, temperatures can drop at night, after rain, or indoors with air conditioning, so bring a light jacket. Those who wish to avoid sunburn can wear long-sleeved clothing. Be sure to pack swimwear, slippers, sunglasses, sunscreen, a sun hat, and light rain gear. Some restaurants may have dress codes prohibiting T-shirts, sandals, and shorts, so it is advisable to have at least one set of more formal attire.
- Hotels and Electricity: Due to the high number of tourists, many hotel bathrooms in Hawaii only have shower facilities and do not provide bathtubs. Toiletries and slippers are usually not provided, so please bring your own. The voltage in Hawaii is 110 volts. Tourism is a major industry in Hawaii, especially near Waikiki Beach, where hotels are often crowded year-round. As a result, check-in is usually after 3:00 PM.
- Transportation: Due to the large number of tourists, tour buses in Hawaii are centrally dispatched. The same bus may not be used for the entire day's itinerary, so your understanding is appreciated.
- Travel: Hawaii is a state of the United States, and immigration controls are strict. Customs procedures can be time-consuming, and families must go through customs together and answer all questions honestly. The import of meat, fruits, plants, and seeds is strictly prohibited, and violations will result in severe penalties. For overnight trips to other islands, it is recommended to bring a small travel bag with light overnight clothing.
- According to Hawaiian law, smoking is prohibited in all Hawaii national parks. This ban includes all cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and all tobacco products. The prohibition applies to all areas within national parks, including beaches, picnic areas, camping areas, hiking trails, and roads. Violators will be fined starting at $500.
- Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.

Due to the tight hotel resources in Hawaii, the following hotel surcharges will be applied during peak seasons (calculated based on the number of nights stayed). We appreciate your understanding:
