pickup guy was very rude to us , once we met him next day
we cannot expect such rudeness from a employee of such a good company , actually he forgot that he picked up previous day , and got
very angry with us , understanding we are some.. else
entire tour was outsourced to local company , calgary tours which we were not aware
all schedule was not preplanned , and decided on the day of travel
each day
as itenarary changed , last day schedule became first day , and first day became last day
so if we have to meet some local friend we were unable to do so
missed ice crawler reservation as till last day tour guide was not sure
what time we will reach there ??/

the history of our tour sites,Yoho National Parks & history of the park & Alberta Province. He is up to date of Canadian current events. Very well organized & considerate for the guests.

Decent accommodation at Calgary for the prices charged, although they were located near the Airport and hence moving around the city was a bit difficult. But we still managed.
However the tour bus service was good being spacious and comfor..table. Our tour guides were also nice people.
Regular snack and loo breaks were provided. Although, a bit of extra time could have been provided at some places like Johnston Canyon, for example.
The money charged in cash by the guides, at the end of everyday in the name of tip/service fee is a bit ridiculous - as we can't find a proper reason why it would be mandatory and not included in the total package price paid upfront.Read full review

I booked the tours as a solo traveller.
I was disappointed with the customer service ... they emailed me about the pickup and dropoff details. I had answered them twice about preferring a dropoff in Banff instead of the airport. However,.. the tour guide was not informed.
Let's think about the tour. They sent a different tour guide every day, so the service charge was paid at the end of every single day. They delivered the tour bilingually, in Mandarin and English. That helped me to build up some vocabulary.
Lisa who was the guide took me to Banff took excellent care of me at each location. She told me that it was because I was the only one in my group. Thanks for her thoughtfulness. On my second day, 浩南, another guide, gave us facts and interesting stories during the ride. I was curious about wildlife and asked him many weird questions, for example, would the decline of wolf influence the bear population... I didn't expect a tour guide could answer. However, he did respond to them all patiently with the detailed explanation. He is a brilliant guy.
Likewise, Jasper park was led by a cute guide, Sylvia. She is a detail-minded and well-prepared person. The night before, she sent us a text message about the weather, advice and meetup time. I sat in the front and noticed the notes and plans she did for this tour. She is also very kind and friendly to us.
I have been to more than 20 countries and joined numerous local tours. This tour surprised me by the wonderful tour guides. I would highly recommend this tour if you have the desire to see great sceneries and have incredible tour experience.Read full review
First day, the pick up from airport was late.
Second day, the pick up from hotel to half day city tour also late.
The explanation and detail mostly mandarin.
One of the worst tours I have ever taken .I paid a way lot of money just for accomodation and transport.my trip did not even include the ticket prices for Banff gondola and Icefield .the customer service agent was so rude and hang up the ca..ll on me.he doesn’t know how to talk to a customer.i will never recommend this tour to anyone.Read full review
First of all I had no idea what time and who was picking me up and what hotel I was staying at until day off or night before- tips were mandatory and counted- I had no idea where tour was going each day until that morning- tour was carried ..out in Chinese and English and one of the guides spoke predominantly Chinese and told us if we need explanation to just ask! Vincent and James were awesome and very kind and funny- the stops for lunch should have been at places we could walk or try new things as we waited a long time for group that bought lunch - Columbia icefields trip to glaciers should be stopped! The bus was delayed so we waited for over an hour! We were at one attraction for 4.5 hours! This was a waste of time- I felt the tour was not to explore but to take picturesRead full review

We didn't get to see some attractions we like because itenerary
changed. The hotel in Athabasca has no elevator, my handicapped partner struggled going up the stairs to 3rd floor. Lot of waiting time for the ride options to finish. Overall.. we enjoyed the sightseeing of beautiful sceneriesRead full review
The schedule was completely different than what was mailed to me... Also the quality of hotel was substandard... especially Inns of Banff was too poor.
Also they did not cover full itenerary as promised .. they didn't look us to yoho park ..and Potey lake.
Overall it was a mess and the tour seemed to be stitched from a very poor subcontractor Webster..
Note tours4fun is only a booking agent and does not conduct any tours..
Also inspire of raising concern they do not even have a courtesy to reply me back..

The place is amazing. 5 stars just for that. The tour itself is a different story. In a way, I kind of known what to expect. But experiencing it firsthand made me think that there is room for improvement. The tour catered to the Chinese tou..rists, which is fine. Buuuut, there is a good amount of tourists that are not Chinese who is also paying good money for this. Why not bring in a more English proficient Chinese speaker tour guide. There was a lot of miscommunication. Like pertaining to times, itinerary, etc.!
Also, being in a tour, you are pressed for time. I wish that they could've scheduled stops more efficiently because there were stops that were so picturesque and beautiful and you’re only given 15 minutes for it. And there are stops that don’t need to be 30mins.
