      - There are 17 stops in total.
      What does it mean to have a 24 or 48 hour pass?
      - To give you the most out of your pass, we have based the service on the number of hours instead of the day. For example, if a 24 Hour pass is purchased, if you Hop-On at 3:00 pm, then your ticket is valid until 2:59 pm the next day!
      What are the hours of operation for the hop-on hop-off?
      - First tour starts at 10:00 am, last pick-ups of the day start at 4:00 pm (season dependent)
      Does the hop-on hop-off tour include entrance to any attractions?
      - Unless otherwise stated, no, attractions must be purchased separately.
      Is there commentary in my language?
      - Recorded commentary in English in provided onboard.
      What is the frequency at each stop?
      - Our scheduled frequency is every 30 minutes. Schedule is subject to change without notice. For the latest information, please visit our Live Map or Route Information
      Where can I start the hop-on hop-off tour?
      - Our Stop #1 is 600 Broad Street in front of the Space Needle.
      What is the cancellation policy of bundles that include the hop-on hop-off?
      - For all our tour bundles, all sales are final. Tickets cannot be exchanged or money refunded.

Reservation Info

    1.Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a Receipt of Reservation via email.
    2. Within one to two business days of submitting your reservation you will receive a status update email from us. If you need to book an airline ticket, we recommend that you do so after you receive a confirmation of your tour reservation from us.
    3. An E-Ticket will be sent to you via email as soon as details of your reservation are confirmed or your supporting information is received by us. We will provide you with all detailed information about your tour on the E-Ticket. Contact information for local tour provider will be included on E-Ticket for your convenience or re-confirmation purpose if re-confirmation is required.
    4. Simply print your E-Ticket and present it with your valid photo ID on the day of your activity to your tour guide. Please remember E-Ticket is your proof of purchase.
